Just received and assembled the PBL RTX dolly and am very pleased with the product. I had originally ordered the wrong dolly (too small) - one phone call to Dmitry and everything was corrected to my complete satisfaction. I was able to return the wrong unit and was shipped the proper one. I should have asked in the first place. Great product, excellent price and fantastic customer service.
