Hi guys, After a visual inspection to confirm everything was intact and secure, I put the air to it and there were no issues upon first operation and I was instantly pleased and impressed. It works great and looks great. I will have no reservations recommending this lift to anyone in need of a solid and versatile unit for their shop or garage. I'm excited to put it to good use. I can't say enough about the exemplary and consistent customer service I received. In this day and age that's uncommon so it was very refreshing as well as stress free. Thanks again guys.
