The Onyx T226 TI LL is built specifically for ultra low profile, high-end tire wheel assemblies while still offering precision, durability, power and speed. The T226 TI LL incorporates a leverless mount/ demount system which removes the need for a tire bar and ultimately prevents damage to high end wheels caused by the use of metal tools.
 
The entire structure of the machine has been beefed up to be ridged and maintain tolerances while under load during the tire changing process. The tower is operated by a simple press of a pedal, the mount head movement and locks are pneumatically operated making positioning of the head precise and consistent as it automatically adjusts wheel spacing.
 
Also included with the T226TI LL is the superior Bead Boss assist system which applies the right amount if pressure at critical points during the mounting process, multiple attachments are also included to assist the operator mount and dismount difficult tire/ wheel assemblies.
 
Onyx T226 TI LL also has built in adjustable clamp system that is easy to use and low maintenance allowing a clamping range of 10” to 26” and with optional adaptors the operator can clamp wheels as small as 6” and as large as 28”,the rim clamps also include bead blasters which assist to seat the most difficult beads. The machine itself can accommodate a tire with a overall diameter of 41” and rim width of 14”.
 
We also include a FRL, which filters the incoming air of moisture, and debris then lubricates the air to protect all the vital internal seals and valves which drastically extends the service life of the machine and internal components
